Concentrate on looking at the person asking the questions. Ignore the camera, lights and microphone.
Lock eyes, focus and have a meaningful conversation with the interviewer. Unless you’re being interviewed by someone at a remote location and you’ve been instructed by a producer to look into the camera, never let yours eye wander to the lens during an interview.
